3-day refund window

If PassCELPIP isn't right for you, request a refund within 3 days of your purchase date. Refunds outside this window are considered on a case-by-case basis, but aren't guaranteed.

Usage limit

To keep the free demo exam and the refund window from being used together to access premium content for free, a purchase is eligible for a refund only if, since upgrading, you have:

  • Started 1 or fewer full-length mock exams, and
  • Submitted fewer than 5 Writing or Speaking responses for Gradient Engine grading.

Both conditions must be met. If you've used more than that, you've gotten meaningful value from Premium and the purchase is final.

Monthly vs. Lifetime Access

Premium Monthly can be canceled at any time to stop future billing; a refund of the current period is only available under the 3-day window and usage limit above. Lifetime Access is a one-time purchase and is refundable only under the same 3-day window and usage limit.

One refund per customer

We issue at most one refund per person. If you've already received a refund and purchase again, that later purchase is final.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the email address on your PassCELPIP account and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take several business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
